They are some of the nation’s most talented makers in their fields.

Chef Josh Niland has changed the way we eat fish. Digital artist Serwah Attafuah is taking the art world by storm with her phantasmagoric Afrofuturism. Melbourne’s Ruby Lewis is handmaking vodka the Australian way, and Kayla Moon of Xxflos is taking floristry to the next level.

These are the stars of Meet the Maker, Time Out’s brand new video series rolling out across our channels this month.

The short videos are Time Out’s newest offering on our YouTube page, also viewable on the Time Out Melbourne and Sydney websites and social media pages.

“We’re super-excited to premiere the first season of Meet the Maker across all of Time Out Australia’s channels,” says managing director Elise Bucholtz. “And we look forward to adding more episodes as the year progresses.

Meet the Maker forms part of our overall video strategy which includes TikTok, Reels, Facebook and Instagram, with both snackable and in-depth content showcasing things to do and the fascinating people who make our cities vital and exciting places.”
