Night Time Industries Association is offering SME hospitality owners free membership

Join now to help shape Government policy as lockdown restrictions are lifted and recovery plans are shaped

The Night Time Industries Association (NTIA), which launched the campaign Keep Our Venues Alive (KOVA) on March 18 to support businesses in the hospitality sector through the Covid-19 shutdown crisis, has announced that it is offering small-to-medium size hospitality businesses free membership.

The free NTIA memberships are valid until September 30, 2020, and include regular newsletter updates on the campaign, invitation to webinars or NTIA events (if permitted) during the COVID-19 crisis, and a logo on the NTIA website.

The memberships are offered free in recognition of the extraordinary situation and facilitate the opportunity for independent SME Hospitality businesses to impact Government policy in a way that better suits their needs. 

Venues that have already taken up the membership include Earl's Juke Joint (NSW), Ramblin’ Rascal Tavern (NSW) and Black Pearl (Vic).

Although it’s now a distant memory, readers will recall that the NTIA was instrumental in the removal of lockout in NSW. It is now part of an advisory group working directly with Treasury on the recovery strategy.
